Greetings!  

I'm Patrick Conner and I'm on a mission to do my part in creating a more compassionate world - I do that by focusing on helping individuals build health, well-being and personal empowerment through Yoga and related modalities. 

I've conducted yoga classes, courses and workshops in various locations in Southern Maine for over 9 years and I especially appreciate opportunities to support individuals building health beyond the limitations of a cure, creating adaptations of Yoga postures to fit an individual's needs, and using supporting equipment.  

I apply a wide range of techniques, including restorative Yoga, Yoga therapy, mindfulness, meditation, mind/body stress release, breathwork, physical training, aspects of myofascial bodywork and human development science. As every body is different, different tools work for different needs - we explore a variety of options very personalized to each of my students. 

My main concern is your safety and a session with me is an exploration of movement and posture, adapted to fit you specifically. Using the knowledge I've gained from immersing myself in a variety of wellness modalities, we'll work together to discover the techniques that work best for you. 

My studies have included: 

  • Master's degree in Developmental Psychology
  • Reiki II practitioner
  • Certified Y12SR (Yoga of 12 Step Recovery)
  • Experience Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) through Yoga Alliance
  • Advanced Certification in Relax & Renew* Restorative Yoga
  • Additional trainings with a number of master Yoga teachers around the country
